Know What Is the Purpose of Kundali Making?

Inception marks the beginning of life. From fetal development to the final moments of life, planetary alignments have an important role to play. The convolutions of life are often guided by the stars.
It's not only the energy in our immediate surroundings that affects us, but the vibrations coming from far away - from the divine firmament equally influence us.
Kundali essentially makes us aware of these subtle energies coming from far away. Kundali reflects the position of stars and planets that ‘froze’ in time when you were born.
The ‘cosmic reflection’ seen in the kundali is the blueprint of your past karmas.
Though cliched, ‘As you sow, so shall you reap’ is the crux of kundali; it does not only emphasise the aftermath of your past actions. Kundali primarily catalyses you into thinking about your future and taking necessary precautions to avoid further damage.
Right from the time you were born, your parents got your planetary positions etched in the form of your kundali. This complicated and diagrammatic process is time-consuming and unravels the secrets of the crucial segments of your life - personality, family, relationships, education, finance, travel and liberation at last.

Knowing the Secrets of Kundali Making 🔍
Kundali is a mathematical chart, and the placement of the planets is divided into twelve different houses. Each house represents an important aspect of your personality.
Kundali or natal charts speak of the position of stars and planets at the time of your birth. There are three essential elements to preparing the kundali -
- Date of Birth
- Time
- Place
Depending upon these three factors, the prepared kundali becomes unique for every single individual.
The Astrological Chart, Its Twelve Divisions, and What Does Each One Represent in Your Life 🏠
These twelve houses define your life in totality. In your horoscope, some houses might remain empty or get occupied by certain planets.
Each sign - beginning from Aries to Pisces occupies the twelve houses. These signs are connoted by numbers written in each house - for instance, the number 12 written on your 6th house represents that the 6th house is occupied by the 12th sign Pisces.
The twelve houses are linked with each other and connote your life from the beginning to the end.
The Planetary Placements in the Twelve Houses🪐
Planets keep moving, i.e. they are rotating at all times. Some planets are slow movers, like Jupiter and Saturn, while the rest are swift in their movements, like the Moon and Mercury.
Planets carry individual forces that greatly affect us. But more so, their influence on our lives changes when they occupy different houses in our horoscope.
The planets occupying these houses either increase or decrease in their effects. The planets also give different results depending upon the house they occupy in your natal chart. For instance, Venus occupying the 4th house bestows the natives with riches and luxuries, while when occupying the 9th house, it inclines you towards foreign lands and cultures.
Venus, Jupiter and Moon are natural benefits, while Saturn, Mars, Rahu and Ketu are natural malefic. Each planet gyrates with specific vibrations and has distinct effects on our lives.

Steps to Reading Your Kundali 📚
Kundali reading is a complicated analysis, and it's best to get your chart read by a qualified astrologer.
The chart is divided into twelve houses, and each sign is attributed to each of the twelve houses.
The first house is called the lagna or the ascendant. Ascendant, like your Moon sign, has a special significance since the time you’re born. The Ascendant is the rising sign or the first sign occupying the eastern horizon at the time of your birth. The numbering of the signs (in each of the houses) begins from this house. For example, if Gemini, the third sign, occupies your ascendant, then the 4th sign - Cancer, occupies your second house, fifth sign, Leo, occupies your third house. This occupying of the signs in the houses continues till the twelfth sign.
Then, the planetary lord of the Ascendant sign and the house which it occupies is determined.
Then we look for which planets occupy which house. Some houses might be left empty, and some may contain one or more planets. The positions of the classical planets Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are determined. Rahu and Ketu are not planets in themselves but are points of intersection of the paths of the Sun and Moon. Their position, too, is considered diligently while Kundali reading.
Along with the sign and the house of these planets, the nakshatras(which they occupy) are also determined.
Predictions of your future life events are made through Vimshottari dasha, which is further divided into various sub-dashas.
