Guru Pushya Yoga is also called the Pushya Amrit Yoga. This auspicious yoga forms when the Pushya Nakshatra falls on a Thursday.

The combination of Thursday and Pushya Nakshatra is considered highly auspicious for worshipping Mata Lakshmi and seeking her blessings.

Dwipushkar is a rare occurrence when particular nakshatras, lunar days, and weekdays combine. When these three converge, they give rise to an auspicious muhurta. Any work that you do in this yoga stands a good chance of being repeated.

If you begin doing good work during this yoga, you’ll have a chance to do that work again. Similarly, if you do negative karma during this karma, you stand an equal chance of repeating it.

Since the karmas done during this yoga get repeated, it becomes much more essential to take up good deeds during this yoga and avoid the negative ones.

When the Bhadra tithis, i.e. 2nd, 7th, or 12th lunar days fall on Sunday, Tuesday, or Saturday and combine with the Dwi pada of the nakshatras Mrigshira, Chitra, or Dhanistha, it leads to the formation of Dwipushkar yoga.

All three - Mrigshira, Chitra, and Dhanistha are the nakshatras of Mars. These nakshatras, when combined with the Bhadra tithi, make Dwipushkar yoga a malefic one.

Tripushkar yoga, like Dwipushkar, is the combination of vaars, tithis, and specific nakshatras.

Tripushkar yoga forms when the Bhadra tithi, i.e. 2nd, 7th, and 12th lunar days, fall on Sundays, Tuesdays, or Saturdays in combination with either of the Tripada nakshatras Vishakha, Punarvasu, Krittika, Purva, Phalguni, Uttara Ashadha, or Purvabhadrapada.

Be it evil or auspicious, any work or activity that you do in this yoga has to be repeated thrice. This is why this yoga is usually avoided when beginning a difficult task.

Like Dwipushkar, Tripushkar yoga is also regarded as malefic. Owing to its characteristic of making the native repeat a particular activity thrice, the native should generally avoid it. But doing an auspicious deed during this yoga is usually favored.

Pushya nakshatra provides power and energy. Sun, too, is the primary source of vital energy.

Ravi Pushya is the fusion of two power-providing entities, Sun and Pushya Nakshatra. It is believed that Maa Lakshmi was born in the Pushya Nakshatra. This is why this nakshatra is primarily associated with wealth and prosperity.

The alignment of the Sun and Pushya is considered highly auspicious and is believed to enhance positive energies. Ravi Pushya is formed when Pushya nakshatra coincides with a Sunday. This is a rare yoga and occurs only a few times throughout the year.

Ravi yoga forms when the Moon’s nakshatra is 4th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 13th, or 20th from the Sun.

For instance, Ashwini is the first nakshatra. If the Sun is in this nakshatra, then the Moon should be in Rohini (4th), Ardra (6th), Aslesha (9th), or Magha (10th), the Ravi yoga forms.

Ravi yoga is auspicious, but do not undertake any bright work if this yoga falls on a Sunday.
