Confirm the deity identity and actual inscription before choosing a specific prayer. Different Padmavati traditions can have different practices.

A universal planet or bodily chakra association is not confirmed. First establish the deity tradition and actual diagram before choosing a specific practice.

The tradition, readable diagram, plate material, chosen size and actual inclusions. These are essential here because similar names can conceal different devotional designs.

Choose Friday. After a bath, clean the puja space and place the yantra on a red or yellow cloth. Sprinkle Ganga jal, apply kumkum or sandal paste, and offer flowers, rice and a ghee diya. Chant "Om Hreem Shree Padmavatyai Namah" 108 times. After that, a short daily prayer or lamp is enough.

Puja and Vastu tradition suggest keeping it in the north or east, at eye level or on the altar, with the front of the yantra facing you during prayer. Keep the place clean and avoid bathrooms, the floor or the space under a staircase.

Wipe the gold-plated copper plate gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soap, lemon, acids, abrasive powder or polish, which can remove the finish. If you offer water during puja, dry the yantra immediately afterwards and keep it away from damp walls.
